All of our Vanity arts memberships include 15% off everything in the boutique year-round as well as 15% off any additional services purchased in the spa (retail and service discounts are limited to the named member only). Concierge services provided based on availability and to a 15-mile radius for an additional $75.00 plus cost of treatment.

Aesthetic vouchers and spa discounts are not transferable and can only be used by the member. Monthly day membership vouchers are valid only for the month in which they are issued- after which they are forfeit (no rollover). Membership requires payment by debit or credit card with auto pay subscription authorized for the first of each month. Sorry, no cash or check memberships. Vanity Arts reserves the right to refuse service or cancel membership at any time. All members must sign the Vanity Arts liability waiver and provide photo ID at enrollment.

    Vanity Arts welcomes the feedback of our prospective and new members in order to create the ultimate guest service experience. Please let us know if you have additional questions, concerns or suggestions- this package is FOR YOU!
  • Membership freeze option:
    • A membership may be frozen for two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 2 months at a time. • 24-hour advance notice is required on any appointment reschedule or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee charge
  • Membership Terms Are Subject to Change
    Vanity Arts reserves the right to amend the terms of our membership agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership for any reason and will provide written notice if such changes are made within 30-days. Improper conduct at Vanity Arts are grounds for immediate expulsion and cancelation of membership without refund.
